What We Do
Our work is about People. We facilitate the awareness of effective behaviour in teams on various levels. Beginning with the Self before moving onto Self in Teams and Teams in the Organization, we enhance the awareness of individual styles as it relates to team dynamics.
We get to know our clients, and from there craft interventions that are meaningful to the effectiveness of their inter and intra organizational teams.
The context of our work is Organization Effectiveness and as such, relevance is key.
When the organizations we work with look to bring on new team members, we collaborate with them and carefully select and introduce candidates that we feel would be the right fit for the organization.
Our process consulting skill allows us to identify issues that stand in the way of team and overall organization effectiveness in the client systems we partner. It is this experience and skill of facilitation that defines our Organization Development practice.
